• Our divisions have changed – please review our divisions before registering.
  • Inaugural (2008) Team Captains have guaranteed entry if registered by Oct. 5th.
  • 25 walk team spots will be held until Dec 1st, 2012.  Unfilled spots will be released to running teams on the wait list on Dec 2nd.
  • We value our loyal returning teams.  Returning team captains will have a greater chance of being selected in the lottery.  We have too many returning teams now to guarantee entry to everyone, but our weighted lottery will increase your chances.
    • Returning team captains MUST fill out this brief survey with your team’s CLR history.
    • Returning teams are any team that has previously run the CLR with the same team captain and/or at least 75% of the same team with a new team captain that was previously on the team.
  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd place overall, You-Tube contest 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners, and feedback survey winner have guaranteed entry for the following year if registered by Oct 5th.
  • Volunteer assignments will be assigned based on date and time of registration in the database, so register early to get your first choice!
  • If you choose to “Hire a Volunteer you can include your volunteer donation of $100 per volunteer at time of registration or mail it prior to the price increase on May 31st, 2013.  Please write “CLR” and your team name on the check.
  • Write the team name & team captain name in the “memo” line of your check.  We must receive your check and the printed confirmation email postmarked by Oct 6th with your Team Name and Team Captain name, or you will not be entered into the lottery.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If two teams register with the same team name, the returning team will get to keep the name and the new team will need to select a new name.  If two new teams register with the same name, the team who registered first will get to keep the name.
  • Accepted team checks will be deposited.  Checks for teams that are not accepted will be promptly and securely shredded.
  • A wait-list will be established.  Teams from the waitlist will be accepted in order if all walk team slots are not filled.  All teams are released from the wait list after Dec 15th and no further teams will be accepted after that time.
  • If you are not accepted into the 6th Annual Cascade Lakes Relay, registration for the 6th Annual Spokane to Sandpoint Relay opens November 1st and there is no cap!
  • All accepted team entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
