Oct 1st-5th, 2012 - Registration opens for the 6th Annual CLR!
April 15th, 2013 - All team members must be registered with T-Shirt sizes by April 15th in order to guarantee their T-Shirt size. Participants registered after April 15th will receive the closest size available, if we run out of that size.
June 1st, 2013 - Donation to “Hire a Volunteer” increases to $150/volunteer.
June 15th, 2013 - Deadline to provide final team information including team name, final team roster, average team 10K times and division assignments. (This info is used to set accurate start times. Please try to have at least 8 teammates registered by this date. If your roster is incomplete, start times will be generated based on available information.)
Register your volunteers if possible, so that we can set volunteer assignments.
July 1st, 2013 - Team start times and volunteer assignments posted.
July 15th, 2013 - Donation to “Hire a Volunteer” increases to $200/volunteer.
July 26th, 2013 - Make final changes to team roster. (Database will remain open until August 1st for last minute roster changes, but t-shirts will be packaged by team according to the roster as of July 26th.)
August 1st, 2013 - Packet pick-up encouraged the night before the race at Diamond Lake in the Mt. Thielsen Room. Optional dinner available for purchase – time to start talking smack to fellow teams! Merchandise available for purchase.
August 2nd-3rd, 2013 – 6th Annual CLR!
