The Cascade Lakes Relay and Spokane to Sandpoint Relay should definitely be on your bucket list.  The Pacific Northwest has its share of relays to be sure (Hood to Coast, Portland to Coast, Ragnar Northwest Passage, EPIC Relay), but here at the Cascade Lakes Race Group, we focus on the highest quality experience at every turn.  Our relays provide an intimate, more rural experience focused on running and camaraderie, not stress and traffic like other big relays!

From really nice finishers shirts and medals, to gorgeous courses, to well-trained volunteers, to high quality medical and safety support, our races are not to be missed.  Not to mention our focus on supporting local non-profits in the communities we run through, donating over $35,000 every year to small, local non-profits and community groups.  Visit our testimonials page to see what other people are saying

Not sure you can run 185 or 216 miles?  We know you can!  If you can run a 5k or 10k, you can do this with some training.  If you can run a half-marathon, this will be a perfect challenge.  A team relay is like running a 10k and two 5ks in two days, in conjunction with a road trip and camping… what could be more fun!?

Ready to take the plunge into ultra running?  A team relay is the perfect way to start.  Form a team of 4-6 instead of 12, and each person can run 30-45 miles while supporting each other to the gorgeous finish line at City Beach Park in Sandpoint or Northwest Crossing in Bend.

Gather up those running club buddies, coworkers, friends and family and don’t miss the experience of a lifetime!
